The "SUO Gambit" is the first electronic queue powered by a Russian-made processor

On June 1, 2021, ITNT, EDELWEISS and RED SOFT, within the framework of technological cooperation, released an integrated solution for operating electronic queue systems, compatible with the architecture of the domestic Baikal-M processor. All basic units of the hardware and software system are developed and manufactured in Russia, including touch terminals, LED displays, software and the central processor.

"This is an important step for the market to realize that integrated solutions for automation systems based on Russian processors are available today and that they meet the challenges of import substitution to the maximum extent", Eugene Marikov, executive director of ITNT, comments.

It is important to note that in order to reduce the customers' financial burden, only the main nodes of the electronic queue systems - the processor module and the software - can be replaced during the transition to domestic systems. "The solution we have developed integrates with almost any hardware and software infrastructure already owned by the customers, and supports operation with most of the well-known data exchange protocols", Evgeny Marikov emphasized.

EDELWEISS equipment and RED OS operating system produced by RED SOFT were used in the development of the "SUO Gambit" (electronic queue management system Gambit).

Alexander Grishchenko, EDELWEISS CEO: "Our company is actively working with partners, and we are interested in integrators using our equipment to create turnkey solutions, and we support such initiatives.

Rustam Rustamov, Deputy RED SOFT CEO: "In May, our company released the RED OS 7.2 for Baikal-M. Many requests that came from our colleagues were implemented in the build. Such cooperation helps not only to develop our product, but also to meet the requirements of our customers".

The "SUO Gambit" has a wide range of functionality and meets market quality standards. This solution meets the interests of customers and contributes to the implementation of the state policy of import substitution.

Electronic queue "Gambit" is designed for:

- MFC (Multiservice centers providing state services), pension funds, tax, energy sales, housing and utilities, etc;

- Medical institutions (thrifty clinic project);

- Banks and financial institutions;

- Logistics centres and large warehousing enterprises.
