RED SOFT and TONK deployed a digital laboratory at MTUSI

Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics (MTUSI) has launched a digital virtualization and infrastructure solutions laboratory based on Russian software and hardware. This is a joint project of MTUSI, RED SOFT developer and TONK Group of Companies implemented to train IT professionals in import-independent hardware and software environment.

Under a trilateral agreement, RED SOFT deployed a composite solution "RED Virtualization" on the MTUSI premises, and TONK provided thin clients - several models of enterprise-class compact computers.

Mikhail Ushakov, TONK CEO: "TONK thin clients are widely used not only for classroom arrangement, but also for optimization of IT infrastructure of advanced educational institutions. Virtualization of automated workplaces provided by RED SOFT solves the problem of import substitution and building a digital sovereignty. It guarantees the creation of secure and reliable information systems.

Vadim Tychin, director of MTUSI Information Systems and Technologies Department and the mastermind behind the creation of the laboratory, said: "The developments of RED SOFT and TONK are high-tech, advanced, and highly sought-after. There is already a demand in the labor market for professionals who will be trained at MTUSI.
