RED OS 7.3 runs on thin clients by TONK

In order to develop technological cooperation, RED SOFT and TONK Group of Companies have tested the compatibility of their products. TONK TN, SB and AIO series terminal computers were confirmed to work correctly with the RED OS 7.3 operating system.

The TN series thin clients are computers designed to access remote computing environments (applications, desktops and virtual machines) using virtualization and WEB access protocols. The TN series thin clients can also be used for edge computing.

The SB and AIO series computers are reliable, secure client computers designed for use in enterprise information systems. The use of high-performance Intel processors with extended manufacturing cycles ensures uniformity, long life and predictable reliability.

RED OS is a Russian Linux family operating system for servers and workstations, that provides a universal environment for application software. The product is certified by the FSTEC of Russia (№4060 of 12.01.2019), that confirms its compliance with information security requirements and allows its use in government information systems. RED OS is registered in the Unified Register of Russian Software and Databases of the Ministry of Communications of Russia (No.3751).

"We've already tested the RED OS with TONK thin clients. Companies grow and develop, products are modified. Current tests have confirmed compatibility of TONK terminal computers with the new version 7.3 of RED OS. We thank our colleagues for their cooperation", Rustamov Rustamov, Deputy RED SOFT CEO, commented.
