A press-release concerning "Goslinux" operating system rollout was issued by Federal Bailiffs' service

May, 18, 2015, a press-release concerning "Goslinux" operating system rollout was issued by Federal Bailiffs' service of Russian Federation. Typical "Goslinux" operating system distribution has been developed in 2013 by Red Soft according to the contract with Federal Bailiffs' service of Russian Federation and installed to date within three regional departments (more than 5800 users) of the latter. Two other regional departments should be covered with rollout within 2015. As planned for 2015, "Goslinux" operating system should be uploaded to National Fund of algorithms and programs of Russian Federation (NFAP) to be available for free download by government institutions. Migrating to "Goslinux" significantly reduces information security risks and corresponds to federal import substitution policy of Russian Federation.
